Appointment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Unique and Special Kids Spa & Silk Rose Spa – a Mynd Body Connect business

At Mynd Body Connect, we’re committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care in a peaceful, respectful environment. To help us serve all guests efficiently and ensure a smooth experience, the following policies apply:

Appointments

A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all appointments.

For group bookings of 3 or more guests, a 30% deposit will be charged to the Primary Contact’s card once the booking is received. If the deposit cannot be processed, the group appointment will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made through our online booking system or by speaking directly with a team member.

  • Voicemails, texts, or emails are not accepted as valid forms of cancellation.

  • You will receive an automated confirmation when your cancellation or reschedule is complete.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Clients with prepaid packages or memberships will forfeit the session for any missed appointment or cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and begin your service on time.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened in order to avoid delays for other clients, and the full service price will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a cancellation.

In some cases, and only when the schedule permits, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full service. This is at the discretion of management and must be communicated in advance.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay.
All services must be paid in full at the time of service.

A mandatory gratuity will be added to groups of 3 or more.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Services already rendered

  • Prepaid packages

  • Gift certificates

  • Retail products

If you are not satisfied with your service, please speak to a manager so we can address your concerns promptly and professionally.

Privacy & Right of Refusal

We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information. Client data is stored securely.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel it is in the best interest of the guest, provider, or business.

Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil environment for all clients:

  • Please silence your cell phone before entering the spa.

  • In treatment areas, keep conversations quiet and respectful of others receiving services.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Mynd Body Connect maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Sexual services are strictly prohibited and any violations will result in immediate termination of the appointment and permanent refusal of future service.
